I've been having a little bit of trouble getting any inspiration recently.
Partly... it's just tough to draw s*** straight from your head with zero reference.... Unless you've spent hours studying human anatomy or you've done a ton of life-drawing.

I can render a pretty good human skull and rib cage from memory... but I've got a ways to go. Not to mention, I haven't even begun studying the muscle groups.

Anyways....

I was able to do a few good drawings a few months ago, such as "gourgous packin' muscle".... but with reference. Basically, I had to go through several pics until I found something that was inspiring and a good foundation for a pose.

But going through pictures until you find something can be a pain in the ass. I know what a lot of artist think.... "If only I had someone to model for me!"

Anyways... so I downloaded this hentei game...
It's called 3D Custom Girl. I'm sure a lot of you have heard of this.
It's a Japanese H-game which gives you a 3D cell-shaded anime girl to dress up in various costumes. You can also mess with her proportions a bit. From her boob size, leg/arm thickness, eyes... along with a ton of hair types and combinations. You can't make her muscle-ly though.. at least by default

But within normal constraints... you can pretty much make the anime girly of your dreams.. so-to-speak... There are even fan-mods for the game that add new skin and body types... and props.

After you build up the girl how you want... you can choose from a variety of locales... from classrooms, bathroom, bedroom.... beach.... and then the idea is to have simluated sex with her, which includes some redicously detailed and erotic animations... It's actually kinda hot... Anyways... Whatever you think of this.... it's not the point....

.. though.... honestly... I WAS downloading because it was hentei >_>;
ANYWAYS... I was really bored... we'll just leave it at that.

The point is... after I was done playing around with this game...
I had this Epiphany...

This game is probably the best anime-girl posing program that anyone could ask for.
You see... one of the modes lets you manipulate the girls skeleton and pose her in literally ANY way you want in 3D space. It literally gives you a FREAKIN' awesome 3d art anime model. It's just gotten me REALLY excited...

I am planning to play around with this later tonight.... and see what I can come up with. Hopefully you guys can expect some nice new drawings soon. ^.~
